Why I am living for Millenial Moms
I am LIVING for these Millenial Moms.
My oldest daughter will turn 9 this summer. That means it’s been almost TEN years since I first became a mom. This has been the craziest most amazing experience ever, and social media has allowed me to connect with so many amazing moms all over the world. If it’s one thing I’ve learned about moms these days is that they are fierce, strong, productive, and empowered. They now have impeccable style, they are staying fit and confident, they are making time for themselves and they are making money for their families, and I am SO here for it Sexy moms have been ruling social media for a long time, turning normal mom moments into killer shots for the gram. I find these so beautiful and inspiring! It is so important celebrate being a mom and everything it comes with. Here are some of the things that I’m loving about millennial moms. This is going to be a long post, so grab a snack and let’s chat!

Let’s get this out of the way right now. It’s totally OK to be a hot mom.
I think we can all agree, these new aged, hot mom vibes are everything. I don’t care what anyone says, there is NOTHING wrong with being a strong, confident, sexy mom. Now, when I think hot and sexy, It’s definitely not just about looks, but multiple things. Also, I do want to make this VERY clear, there is a HUGE difference between HOT, and THOT. Hot and sexy moms carry themselves well, are classy, take care of their families, and most importantly are comfortable and confident in their own skin. THOT moms … *cough* Blac Chyna *cough*

Why I HATE what society says about being a mom
What really bothers me is that somehow, for some reason, society now believes that being a mom is ‘The hardest job in the world’ They make it seem like being a mom means being constantly late to appointments, always looking like a hot mess, not having a handle on your children and being overwhelmed and stressed out, acting like basic housework is difficult (which its NOT). And this frustrates me.
Because when a woman who is a mom, wants to go out, or…dress sexy..or do a sexy photo shoot (we see this all the time in the media) they get judged because “moms shouldn’t be doing those kinds of things” I see it aaaallll the time on youtube and social media. People calling women out because they are super hot and they want to flaunt and people just have so many negative things to say just because she is a mom.
I’m here to tell you that all of that is pure garbage, and you can and should still be sexy as a mom, you should still be able to go out and have fun as a mom, and you should be respected. If you want to be like those frumpy moms who don’t take the time for themselves to get dressed in the morning, to do their makeup, to pamper themselves and then sit and complain about how hard motherhood is, then do you boo. But in my opinion, I’m tired of hearing moms whining about the mom life.
Being a mom is hard and tiring but so is working full time, so is being a full-time student. Life is going to be hard no matter how you slice it, and I feel like a lot of the times in Hollywood you see a lot negatives to being a mom, this does have an influence on the public and it’;s overall mindset of parenthood.

For example, in the movie, bad moms (which was super funny) It was about a bunch of moms that were tired of trying to be perfect and everything like that. And of course, Mila Kunis played this mom who was trying to juggle her work life, her kids, and her cheating husband all at once. They made it the absolute most dramatic thing in the world. She was always late to work, spilling food on herself, crying about how much she hates the pressure of being a perfect mom. HELLO! What pressure? The only reason why someone would feel like they are being pressured into being a certain kind of mom seems like someone who doesn’t have that much confidence in herself. I just found it incredibly interesting how Motherhood is portrayed in the media.
What Kylie Jenner made me realize about motherhood
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you would know that Kylie Jenner recently gave birth to a baby girl, Stormi. What was so interesting about Kylie is that she totally disappeared from the face of the earth for her entire pregnancy. She kept her personal life private, so she could be pregnant in peace. After the baby was born, she broke the internet with an beautiful video which documented her pregnancy. And what I noticed from the very few baby bump shots I saw is that she looked SO beautiful. She looked so happy and healthy but she also looked super-hot. This is totally the kind of mom I like to identify with. Not necessarily Kylie obviously, but women are empowered by motherhood and not burdened by it. Women who serve face and body while handling their business. Women who celebrate every single moment of motherhood in a positive way, those are the moms I like to identify with.
What I Love about Millenial Moms
FINALLY What you came here for! I know this is a super long post, but I really wanted to go into detail with this one. Here is the list of all the things I love about new aged moms!
1. They have killer pregnancy style
Frumpy, boring maternity clothes are so not happening anymore with millennial moms. These new aged mothers to be are dressing their bumps pretty much the same way they would dress if they weren’t pregnant and it looks incredible. I was a huge fan of yoga pants and maxi dresses when I was pregnant. I wouldn’t have worn anything like this during my pregnancy but these ladies sure do look amazing! Little dresses, distressed denim, high heels, these moms are doing the most and its fantastic!
Chrissy Teigen
2. They are taking the most beautiful maternity photos
You guys! Some of the maternity photos that I come across are just out of this world! Not only are they choosing incredible locations, but they are doing an amazing job posing to celebrate their baby bump in the most flattering way. Celebrity mothers to be also take some killer maternity shots!
6. They are Super SEXY
Speaking of Chrissy Teigen, not only does she have killer pregnancy style, she’s one of the smoking hot bikni bombshells in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit addition. She is so gorgeous I seriously cant handle it. I love her personality and confidence. She is currently pregnant with baby number 2 and looks better than ever!

3. They are doing awesome gender reveal parties
I don’t really know if gender reveal parties would ever be something that I would do, but they are a really fun way to celebrate a new life and have that element of surprise for mom and dad. I’ve some insanely cool gender reveal parties and some moms are even doing television show themed parties. I recently heard about a Stranger Things reveal party which I think is super creative and sounds like a really good time
This is SO SO important, but I don’t think that moms really understand how important it is to take time to yourself! Once you become a mother, you find that you give all of your love and attention to your new baby. This forces you to put yourself at the bottom of the list. Doing this for a long time isn’t good for moms! You should always do your very best to find time to do what you love doing in life. I’m sure you have some hobbies or things you loved doing before you had a baby. Don’t give up on your passions and hobbies because it is important to take care of yourself too!
5.They are total Boss Babes
We absolutely can’t talk about a Boss Mom without mentioning Jessica Alba. Jessica has built a Diaper company that is worth over 1 Billion dollars.
More and more moms are going to work and bringing in money for their families. I think this is wonderful that moms can generate a paycheck. Jobs are good for moms in some cases because they can have some adult interaction and some time away from the kids. Other moms have found creative ways to make an income online working from home. A lot of moms are becoming bloggers and content creators on youtube. Others are finding money online by doing virtual assistant work or other things like that. This really helps moms both with their confidence, hobbies, and being able to contribute to and/or support their households. I love a good Boss babe and these ladies are very inspiring!
A couple of super hot boss babe moms are Anitra. She is a beauty guru on youtube and has been in the game for years. She has a son who is I believe 9 months old. She is so classy and beautiful and I love her channel! Aside from beauty, she does lifestyle and home videos as well.
Hayley Paige is another you tube mom that I watch all the time and her name is Hayley Paige. I have been watching her for a little over a year now. She is a you tube vlogger living in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. She has an adorable daughter who Is 15 months old. She does lifestyle vlogs as well as beauty, style, and home videos. Love her channel because she is a very modest mama who has great taste in style and loves food!

Chrissy Teigen, SI Swimsuit
Another smoking hot Sports Illustrated Swimsuit mama is Christie Brinkley, who was featured in the Swimsuit addition in 2017-along with her two daughters. She literally looks flawless and I would NEVER guess in a million years that she is over 60 years of age. It makes me so happy that she is so fit and healthy at this age and I hope more moms are like that when we get older.

I think being a mom is such a special time in life and we should be celebrating ourselves and every precious little moments we have with our family. The days are long, but the years are short. That’s why it’s so important to be the happiest, most confident mom you can be!
What is your favorite thing about being a Millenial mom? Times have changed so much when we were kids and so many things are done differently. I would love to hear from you! Until Next time,
