30+ Feminine Spring activities
Hello and welcome to the blog! It is truly a pleasure to have you. If you are new here, my name is Victoria and I talk all things modern elegance and personal growth. Today I want to share a list of feminine spring activities
Winter 2023-2024 was an absolute blast. Normally, we don’t get much snow where I live in Northern Virginia. This past winter it never stopped snowing. We spent the winter sledding, ice skating, staying inside and watching the snow fall, and I did a lot of reading.
Spring is almost here and I am very excited to pack away the winter gear and make memories with my family this spring.
The weather has been amazing over the past two weeks and everyone is getting outside. In today’s post I’m sharing
Every season I write out a bucket list of all the things that I want to do. I don’t want to get too busy and forget to do something that I was waiting all winter to do.
This year specifically, I want to do 2 things. 1. Channel my feminine energy and do as many girly things that I possibly can. I’m finally embracing the fact that I am a girly girl. 2. I want to step outside of my comfort zone and try new things.
Stepping outside of my comfort zone has allowed me to learn so much about myself and now that I’ve done it a couple of times, I’m never going back.
I’ve done my best to compile a list with tons of feminine things to do in the spring, in case you are looking for ideas to add to your bucket list!
1.Take a flower bath
Flower baths are ultra feminine and very relaxing. All you have to do is get some flowers from the sore, cut the stems and place them in the bath with you. Add some beautiful spring music and you’ve created a feminine paradise.
2.Start a garden
One of my favorite things to do in the spring is visit the farmers market and pick up some flowers. Sometimes I plant seeds, but I have much better luck when the flowers are ready to plant. I have a beautiful little container garden in my back yard so I love to fill it with flowers at the beginning of the season.
3.Spring clean your home
Of course I couldn’t make a spring list without mentioning spring cleaning. It is mandatory in my house. I do a big de clutter at the end of the year, so there isn’t much to do come spring, but I love to deep clean and reset my space.
The best advice for spring cleaning is not to overwhelm yourself. Do small projects each day instead of taking on too much work and then giving up. Make it easy to complete your tasks after work or on the weekends.
4.Take a road trip
The weather is beautiful again and the world has slowly come back to life after a beautiful winter. It’s time to take a road trip! Even if you visit a bed and breakfast an hour away, it’s still a trip. Give yourself a little vacation to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
5.Visit a tulip field
If you are able to visit a tulip field, it’s definitely worth it to make the trip. I have one about an hour from my house and it is absolutely beautiful. The colors are a beautiful way to welcome spring. At our tulip farm we are able to pick the flowers and bring them home as well.
6.Create a spring capsule wardrobe
Add some bright colors and feminine prints into your capsule wardrobe. For the next couple of months, try to wear things that will brighten your day. I spend a lot of time wearing black during the winter. In the springtime I wear a lot of pink and floral prints. I love it.
7.Ride a bike
I spent hours each day riding bikes with my friends when I was a little girl. Last year I was given a vintage bike with a basket in the front. Of course I plan on putting flowers in the basket, my blue tooth speaker, and going riding in the spring. It’s going to be delightful
8.Spend a day without your phone
Unplug from the world and spend the day with friends, family, or out in nature.
9.Decorate easter eggs
I love decorating easter eggs. It’s something I have been doing with my girls since they were babies and I always have so much fun. It makes me feel like a kid again.
10.Make an Easter grazing board
Grazing boards are a fantastic way to get creative. I came across this beautiful easter egg grazing board on Instagram and I can’t wait to make one!
11.Get a facial
After a dry winter, it’s time to show your skin a little love. Get a facial or do some extra skincare at home. Something that is hydrating and nourishing.
12.Make a flower bouquet
13.Make a flower crown
Another way to celebrate spring with flowers is to make a flower crown and then have a photoshoot with it. You can use flowers from your local grocery store and based on my research you can find some of the other supplies from the dollar store. Flower crowns are a wonderful way to channel your feminine energy.
14.Try an outdoor workout
Outdoor yoga, Pilates or going for a run. These are all great ways to enjoy the spring weather while focusing on your fitness. I love doing basic stretches at one of my local parks and sometimes I will go for short runs there as well.
15.Get a spring manicure
Make sure to keep it classy, try a new color or nail shape. Pinterest has a lot of great inspiration for manicures.
16.Redecorate your home for spring
Change the art in your home, remove winter decorations, get some fresh flowers and celebrate the beginning of spring by redecorating your home.
17.Try a new makeup look
Take a few minutes online to search for new makeup looks that will work with your skin tone. Practice the new look before wearing it out.
18.Visit a tea room or have tea at home
19.Paint outside
There are plenty of mini painting tutorials online that are very affordable to complete in the comfort of your home. Bonus points if you take your paint to the park and create a masterpiece outside in nature.
20.Pick berries
Spring is the perfect time to pick strawberries. You can make delicious treats with them.
21.Observe birds, bees, flowers and other wildlife
I love getting to know the bees and ladybugs in my garden. I always feed the squirrels and the birds that visit my yard. I like to think that I am a modern day princess aurora, connecting with all of the local wildlife.
22.Enjoy outdoor dining
Mid spring is my favorite time to enjoy outdoor dining. This is because not all of the bugs have emerged yet and the weather is perfect.
23.Read outside
Take a picnic blanket to your local park and enjoy a book outside. It is quite relaxing
24.Clean out your car and get it washed
I love resetting my car for every season. I always make sure that it is clean and that it is fully stocked with everything I will need for the upcoming season.
25.Wear flowers in your hair
26.Visit the zoo
If you have a farm or a zoo nearby, take some time to visit the animals. I loved my visit to the zoo. The weather was nice, and it was lovely spending the day with different walks of life. I wore a cute dress and I had a lovely experience.
27.Purchase cute girly pajamas.
Because I work at Victoria’s Secret I am constantly surrounded by beautiful and feminine clothing. We have the best pajamas during the spring and summer. There is always a feminine print that I can purchase and it makes me feel so girly.
28.Bake something delicious
I love baking cookies, cakes and pies in the springtime. Sometime I order pastel cakes from my favorite bakery that are decorated with flowers. My girls love it too!
29.Tie die your old clothes
This is a tradition that I have done every year for over a decade. The girls and I gather all of our old dingy white clothes and then we tie dye them. It’s a great way to upcycle clothing instead of throwing it away. I also love celebrating spring with all of the bright colors of tie dye.
30.Take an elegance course
One of the best feminine activities you can do in the spring is to take an elegance course. Brush up on your etiquette skills and learn how carry yourself with confidence and grace.

31.Create a new playlist for spring
I’m always creating new playlists. For Spring I like to stick with beautiful classical music that makes me feel like I am a princess living in a castle.
32. Have a beautiful picnic
Grab your best girlfriends and each of you bring a dish. Invest in a good picnic basket and picnic blanket. Bring a portable speaker for beautiful background music and have a beautiful picnic. You can also get takeaway if you don’t feel like making your own food.
Final thoughts
Did I forget anything? Sometimes I think of things randomly when I’m not at my computer so I’m sure I’ll be adding new ideas later. I’m so excited for spring. I love winter, but it’s nice having more sunshine during the day and being able to go outside when all the flowers are blooming.
